I’m going to start out by saying that Gmail2Gtasks is THE app for people actively using Google Tasks. For the majority who do use Gtasks, we use it while we’re out of the office – this is where Gmail2Gtasks comes in to play.

As you can see from the preferences screenshot below, the app can be launched directly from the StatusBar. From here it gives you a list of all the emails in your gmail inbox (There is also support for multiple accounts!). By selecting the email you want to add to tasks, it automatically inserts the email subject as the task name and also adds the direct link to the email in question.

Overall, this program was well thought out and extremely well developed. It’s quick, easy and does what it’s supposed to do without any problems. Buy it now from the Android market for $0.99.
